Though the journey was strenuous but I remained unfazed giving IELTS. I started my process a year back given IELTs again till I accomplish my goal and always a motivation factor which is required and Sonali and Mamta helped me a lot.
I believe customer WOW factor comes if you manage and control the expectations of the client and turn them into quantifiable requirements.
